Milan AW 13 – Men

MFW. I guess Fendi made the race on this one. Unsurprisingly, there were some excellent fur pieces at the Fendi Men’s presentation — coyote looking anoraks and foxy après-ski boots that could do a double circuit between St. Moritz and central London without missing a beat. All in all insanely good collection.

For Fall, Frida Giannini softened the hard edges of formality and lowered the affected drama of her guys to powerful effect.Subtle checked prints, a kaleidoscope of colour, one-tone assembles and the ever present orange accent seared through the collection.

EMPORIO ARMANI

Ivy League Dropout x Armani classics. Preppy Armani, wouldn’t have seen that one coming. Armani shows much confidence on his AW 2013 collection.

VERSACE

This collection may have pushed boundaries, but…hell no. Guys you are going to have to wear your see through shorts next fall because Donatella won’t give you more to dress up. Weird prints. But hey, never have been much of a VERSACE admirer.
